penny black Saturday challenge

think I'm getting into this challenge thing! Thought I'd have a go at the penny black one. not as easy as it sounds as there it's pretty much anything goes so nothing to shove me in any direction let alone the right one! Anyhoo, I kept it simple and used my newly aquired skills with the pro markers to be the focal point!

Thought I'd try my luck on the sugar bowl challenge, and what a challenge, MEN! Never the easiest to make cards for but I have no choice in my house, 4 boys and a husband!

Ebay

Finally got round to putting a few bits and bobs on Ebay again. I had given up on it for a while as the seller fees were just daylight robbery for an occassional seller like me, but they are now doing listings of 99p and under free! Woo hoo!! So go on, have a wee peek. The link is at the top on the right of the blog.

Bit of a mix here, had some to do for the girls at work so here they are.
Sympathy cards are never easy so I kept it simple, just stamped, coloured and a wee rub on.
The baby cards are paper pieced using some free templates from a mag. The others were just an excuse to play with the pro markers and get a feel for them. I'm not sure how they compare to copics but I'm loving them and they were just right price wise for me.

I just love these gorjuss stamps.

I just think they are the cutest things out just now. The first card was coloured with pro markers (yes I finally got round to buying some), the image cut out and mounted on 3d pads onto layered circles of gold and patterened paper. Can't remember who the paper is by as my stash is in complete anarchy as usual.
The second card is just very plain and simple, again pro markers and cut out and sitting in some prima flowers with brads and gems.
